In July 2009, the Bethalto Police Benevolent and Protective Association sponsored Katie Felkel to the 2009 Illinois Teen Institute, a leadership and drug/alcohol prevention workshop. Katie reported that she had a very good experience and is interested in bringing Operation Snowball to Bethalto. We expect great things from Ms. Felkel. Keep up the good work Katie.
